3. ALLOTMENT OF NUMBERS
a. When you fill your registration form you will be allotted an application number (4 digits, 0801).

b. We will allot a 6 digit number (220801) when we receive your fee amount.
4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
We propose to have an ice breaking session at 1830 hrs on Sunday prior commencement of the course, If sufficient participants are likely to be present (Venue :In the vicinity of AMET University).
Likewise, please do not plan to leave the venue before 1700 hrs on Friday ( the last day of the course)
5. CHOOSING OF YOUR OWN ACCOMODATION.
In earlier courses,
a. the participants used to remain in the venue till 1900 hrs to prepare themselves for the next day's session.
b. Some speakers insists to start the lecture only after the all the participants are present in the room. Hence it is suggested to choose your accommodation within reasonable distance from our university to reduce travel time.
