Please browse on the internet, compare rates and depending on the bill limit imposed by your organization, you may book your accommodation also it is easy to book hotels through net, specially after COVID.
Subject to availability of transport, AMET, may arrange Pickup if more than 4 persons are staying in anyone of the above mentioned hotels.
Participants to make own arrangements for going back to Hotels after the class.

1. MGM Beach Resorts:-
· MGM Beach Resorts Single occupancy Rs. 5000 + GST applicable
· MGM Beach Resorts double occupancy Rs. 6000 + GST applicable
· MGM is a beach resort (Private beach) about 3 Km South of AMET. MGM world is very next gate. Mayajaal cine complex is close by.
2. Eastwoods Resorts:-
· East wood Single occupancy Rs. 3000 + GST applicable
· East wood double occupancy Rs. 3750 + GST applicable
· East wood is about 8 KM North of AMET but they have very few rooms available now.
Package inclusions:
· Accommodation, b’fast, Dinner set menu and inclusive of taxes
Reservations and billing guidelines
· Check in 2.00 pm and checkout time is 1200 noon.
· Special rates are Non Commissionable
· Special rates are NOT applicable during 21st Dec till 31st December.
· Billing shall be as per the agreed rate for the number of guests guaranteed or actual numbers of guests whichever is higher.
· Usage of the venue after the mentioned timing will be subject to availability and would carry additional venue charges.
Mode of Payment:
Ø 50% of the anticipated amount as advance payment through CASH or CHEQUE or DD in favour of MGM Beach Resorts payable at Chennai.
Cancellation Policy:
All amendment and cancelations must be made 72 hours prior to expected arrival, beyond which retention charges equivalent to one night’s room charges will be levied.
In case of a No show, retention charge equivalent of one night room rent will be applicable.
